Geraldine “Geri” Brooks, O.D., graduated from the University of California, School of Optometry at Berkeley in 1994.  Prior to graduation, Dr. Brooks externed at the Baltimore Omni Eye Services in Maryland,  the Veterans Administration Hospitals in Oakland and Livermore, CA and at the Mare Island Naval Base in Vallejo, CA.  Dr. Brooks also conducted vision screenings for the unified school districts of Livermore, Pleasanton, San Lorenzo and Fremont.

In 1994, Dr. Brooks took the national and state exams in California and became a Board Certified TPA licensed optometrist.

Dr. Brooks joined Eye Care Medical Group in 2006.

Dr. Brooks speaks two other languages: French and Spanish

In her spare time Dr. Brooks enjoys rediscovering California’s natural wonders, gardening and volunteering at her children’s school.
